Controller and contracting-party details are incomplete. The confirmed legal entity, business address, registration details, governing law and dispute forum must be added before these terms are relied on.

1. Current use

NLTop does not intentionally set advertising, profiling, cross-site tracking or marketing cookies on this website. No newsletter tracking is used. The site does not currently include an analytics product.

2. Strictly necessary technology

The hosting platform and network infrastructure may use limited technical storage or request data that is necessary to deliver, secure and balance the website. Such technology is not used by NLTop to build an advertising profile. The final production hosting configuration should be checked and documented here.

3. Future changes

If non-essential cookies or similar technologies are introduced, NLTop will update this notice and implement an active accept/refuse mechanism before those technologies run. Consent choices will not be pre-checked.
