The offer is still too broad
Dutch buyers cannot quickly see the scope, evidence, delivery model or commercial reason to engage.
DUTCH MARKET ENTRY · INDUSTRIAL CONTRACTORS
NLTOP helps established European mechanical, metal and specialist installation contractors turn one proven service into a buyer-ready Dutch offer, a fit-screened account map and an operational sales system.
One service. One buyer segment. Eight controlled weeks.
01 / THE REAL PURCHASE
Buyers need a relevant scope, credible proof, a clear delivery model and disciplined follow-up. NLTOP builds and tests that commercial foundation before you spend on a local salesperson or permanent office.
02 / WHY ENTRY STALLS
NLTOP does not create demand out of nothing. It makes your offer understandable, your buyer universe defensible and your next actions visible—then tests the response.
Dutch buyers cannot quickly see the scope, evidence, delivery model or commercial reason to engage.
Names are collected, but legal entity, buyer route, fit reason and priority are not consistently verified.
Replies, objections and promises sit in inboxes while follow-ups and next actions go missing.
A salesperson inherits an untested offer and an empty system before the market case has been proven.
03 / THE COMMERCIAL PATH
Pricing is visible because the economics should be tested before a sales conversation—not hidden after it.
20 min / no fee
We check basic service, proof, capacity and project economics. No pitch deck marathon.

04 / THE ENTRY GATE
The strongest fit is an established industrial mechanical, pipework, metal, electrical or specialist installation contractor with verifiable work and a defined result to sell.

The first paid step is the Dutch Buyer-Readiness Assessment: a five-business-day test of your offer, proof, capacity, economics and Dutch buyer hypothesis. It costs €1,250 excluding VAT and is credited against the pilot if both sides decide to proceed.
An operational account-development system and tested Dutch market evidence: a buyer-ready offer, screened accounts, priority dossiers, a client-owned CRM, recorded market responses and a continue, reposition or stop recommendation. It is not a promise of meetings, proposals or contracts.
No. NLTOP provides B2B market-entry research, CRM and sales-development operations. We do not recruit, employ or supply workers, accept worker applications or respond to workforce requests.
Managed calling can form part of the pilot only after a Dutch-speaking operator, approved script, eligible account route and delivery capacity are confirmed. Cold email or WhatsApp is not used without the required permission or instruction.
Your company controls pricing, quotations, negotiation, contracts and delivery. NLTOP can research, coordinate and qualify, but cannot accept an order or bind your company.
No. NLTOP commits to the agreed work, records and review rhythm. Buyer decisions, timing and commercial outcomes remain outside NLTOP's control.
The client retains its client-specific business and pipeline data. NLTOP retains its generic systems, templates, workflows and methodology. Access, export and retention terms are defined in the engagement documents.
The recommendation may be to reposition or stop. The pilot is designed to expose weak economics, proof or buyer fit before you commit to a local hire, office or long retainer.
12 / REQUEST THE ASSESSMENT
Send the facts we need to judge fit. If the basics hold, the next step is a 20-minute commercial fit call—not an automatic contract.
